Silver Lining Base Camp is a private, rugged luxury micro-resort in Sevierville, Tennessee, near the Smoky Mountains. It consists of two distinct, premium living spaces—a restored vintage 1970 camper and a modern Scandi-inspired tiny house—connected by a private, curated outdoor lounge.

Do I share any spaces with other guests?

No. When you book Silver Lining Base Camp, you get the entire micro-resort all to yourself. Both accommodations, the Nordic soaking hot tub, the fire pit, and the entire outdoor lounge area are completely private for your party.

What unique amenities are included?

Guests have exclusive access to a Nordic soaking hot tub, a custom Adirondack rocker seating area, an artisanal fire pit, a commercial-grade BBQ grill, a full chef's kitchen in the vintage camper, a kitchenette in the tiny house, private bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (heating/AC).

Where is the resort located?

We are located in Sevierville, Tennessee, in a quiet, wooded setting. We are just a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, making it the perfect base camp for mountain adventures.

How are the spaces divided?

"The Shiny Home" is our fully renovated vintage 1970 camper, featuring a full kitchen, heated floors, and individual sleeping areas. "The Tiny Home" is a Scandi-inspired cabin. Both are connected via the outdoor lounge area, offering an ideal layout for families, friends, or couples.
